Hello!

A lot indeed happens over coffee. And one such Friday evening, in the quiet corner of a busy coffee shop, an idea was born. It was more a rhetoric – how come Bangalore could not yet boast of an online queer space?! A space that was just a hangout for us to rave, review, crib, comment and inform about the queer & not so queer happenings of the bean town.

Few weeks since then have been exciting times to contrive & define this space. It’s a hangout. So come by, breeze past, stop over or dive in and indulge into a space that gives a different perspective to all things mauve.

We thought of it as a space that can help people discover the queer and the not-so-queer side of the city. Its restaurants, parties, movies, cafes, concerts, theatre, boutiques, bookshops and more! We do not really intend to blog about Queer movements and rights unless under extraordinary duress.

Lastly, “queer” is just one of the many identities of our blog. Find us screaming havoc about every other thing that’s far from anything you would ever imagine a self respecting laidee would hazard…
